JB Burton, the owner and founder of JB Trumpet Academy, discovered his passion for music at a young age, starting with family trumpet trios including his father, sister and himself. He officially joined band in 6th grade and has continuously pursued excellence ever since.

Member of the 2006 and 2007 Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps.
With two decades of teaching experience across Metro Atlanta and active involvement with the North Georgia Winds, Seckinger High School, Apalachee High School and the Dacula High School Band program, JB strives to inspire the next generation of musicians.
